Committed with steadfast devotion to providing quality safety maritime shipyard repair and general industry training to include consulting on safety practices and procedure development and other key services. Since its establishment, our vision and goal is to be the premier and “go to” training and consulting company with the following end result for our clients: cost savings, lower worker compensation premiums, increase profit margins, safety awareness and most importantly reducing accidents and injuries in the workplace. Concurrently, never losing track of our core values: Integrity, Credibility, Quality, Commitment, and Honor.

Julian Rivadeneira : Founder & CEO

Julian Rivadeneira is the founder and CEO of Anchor Safety Training and Consulting (ASTC). Previous to Anchor’s establishment, Mr. Rivadeneira held key management positions as the Operations Manager and ESH & QA Manager for a respected and well-known leader in the Maritime Ship Repair Industry in San Diego, CA. Additionally, Julian is a retired Naval Officer and combat veteran of OEF/OIF. Serving honorably for over two decades, his tours included; Safety and Fires Liaison Officer (N4A) Commander Amphibious Squadron Five San Diego, CA; Harbor Patrol and Maintenance Officer Naval Security Forces Bahrain Middle East and Officer-In-Charge Det Bravo, Beachmaster Unit Naval Beach Group Coronado, CA to include various key tours onboard various US Navy ships. Julian possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Criminal Justice Ashford University, a Masters of Science in Strategic Leadership California Miramar University and holds various certifications, which include Master Trainer for the National Center for Construction Education and Research and is a Certified Safety Manager through the National Association of Safety Professionals.
